We want you to be happy with your purchase from Wren and Oak. If you change your mind or there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will help you.
Returns
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To start a return, email us at support@wrenandoakhome.com with your order number.
After you tell us that you would like to return your order, you have another 14 days to send the item back.
Return Conditions
Please return your item securely packaged and include your order number or proof of purchase.
You may open and inspect the product as you would in a physical shop. If the product has been used or handled more than necessary, your refund may be reduced where permitted by law.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Some products may not be eligible for return, including:
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Perishable products
- Sealed hygiene or health-related products that have been opened
This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders
Please check your order when it arrives.
If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible at support@wrenandoakhome.com.
Please include your order number and photos of the item so we can help you quickly.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your eligible return, your refund will be sent to your original payment method.
Where required by law, refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item or acceptable proof that it has been sent back.
Standard delivery costs will also be refunded where required. Extra charges for faster or premium delivery options may not be refundable.
Return Shipping
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you may be responsible for the return shipping cost.
If the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us before returning it so we can provide the appropriate instructions.
